  8. Paper is a tiny program which will set your desktop wallpaper.  All
  9. you need to do is specify the wallpaper file name on the command line.

  11. Paper is designed to be run from the popular Launch utility and is an
  12. example of extending Launch's capabilities with mini-apps.  If you don't
  13. have Launch you can get it from the WINADV forum on CompuServe.  (Latest
  14. version is 1.81)  Here is an example from my Launch menu:

  18. Neko  = c:\tools\paper.exe c:\pix\neko.bmp

  20. You can use both bitmaps and RLE files for wallpaper.

  22. Paper is freeware.  Let me know if you enjoy it.  All I ask is that you
  23. be careful and remember to include both files (PAPER.EXE and PAPER.TXT)
  24. together in the archive.
